Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Our store features products from both Radiant Roots and Rooted in His Words, and because the products are different, our return policies vary by product type.

Radiant Roots (Oils & Personal Care Products)

Due to the nature of our oil-based and personal care products, all Radiant Roots sales are final.

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items once they have been opened or used.

However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

You may be asked to provide:

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Your order number

  • Proof of purchase

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund for the damaged item.

Rooted in His Words (Faith Apparel)

We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn apparel items.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn and unused

  • Tags must still be attached

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care products and oils (Radiant Roots)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product once your return is approved.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
